Cancellation Policy

Since all massage services are by appointment, we ask for a major credit card to hold your massage appointment. You will not be charged until massage services are rendered, unless you do not call or show up for your appointment. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. You will receive a $30 charge for every hour booked.

Couples massages require 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing the 35% deposit. Unfortunately, we have had to institute this policy due to clients scheduling appointments and not showing up.

Valentine’s Week Policy

During the week of Valentine’s Day, a 40% deposit is required to hold an appointment (non-refundable as of 72 hours prior).

No-shows and cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before an appointment will be charged the full appointment price.
