Cancelation Policy

Since all Massage services are by appointment we will ask for a major credit card to hold your Massage appointment. You will not be charged until Massage services are rendered unless you do not call or no-show for your appointment! If you need to cancel an appointment we require at least 24 hours notice. $25 (per hour reserved) charge for cancellations within 24 hours. For couples' massages, we require a 35 % deposit with 48-hour cancelation required.

Unfortunately, we had to enforce this policy because clients would schedule their appointment and not show up.

On Valentine's week - a 40% deposit is required to hold an appointment. (non-refundable as of 72 hours prior)

No-shows and less than 24 hours cancellation will be charged the full appointment price.
